Eduardo Quintero played his way deep into top-100 prospect lists with a strong 2025 season. His impression in Class-A was so good that he won California League MVP despite getting promoted with seven weeks still remaining in the season.<\/p>\n
The Dodgers minor league outfielder, who turned 20 years old on Tuesday, hit .306\/.426\/.533 with a 160 wRC+, 14 home runs, 18 doubles, six triples, 35 stolen bases, 73 runs scored, and 53 RBI in 83 games for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.<\/p>\n
Quintero led the California League in OPS (.959), slugging percentage, and on-base percentage, and was third in batting average. Despite getting promoted to High-A in the last week of July, Quintero still finished tied for the league lead with his 14 home runs, and was tied for sixth with 35 stolen bases.<\/p>\n
Quintero was also named to the Cal League All-Star team in the outfield, and was named the league\u2019s top prospect by Minor League Baseball. Other Rancho Cucamonga players named league All-Stars on Tuesday were pitcher Christian Zazueta and second baseman Elijah Hainline.
