The Phillies put tickets on sale Saturday for $10, with \u201cproceeds going toward Phillies Charities.\u201d The team thought that they would \u201cfill the lower bowl of the stadium.\u201d They \u201csoon started selling upper deck tickets and then added standing room only.\u201d Phillies SVP\/Ticket Operations John Weber said, \u201cWe\u2019re just trying to replicate it as much as possible and the energy our fans bring translates to our players.\u201d The Phillies \u201cthought about selling tickets to last season\u2019s scrimmage but didn\u2019t have enough time to pull it off.\u201d Breen noted the team\u2019s baseball operations department, however, \u201cwanted fans in the stands\u201d for tonight\u2019s event (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 9\/30<\/a>).<\/p>\n IN THE NORTH: In Toronto, Kristjan Lautens noted the Blue Jays are hosting intrasquad games today and tomorrow and are \u201curging their fans to \u2026 cheer like the World Series is on the line to simulate a playoff-like atmosphere at the dome.\u201d The teams will have a \u201cmix\u201d of Blue Jays and players from their Triple-A affiliate, the Buffalo Bisons.
