The network is available via cable, satellite and over-the-top (OTT) providers in Texas as well as Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and eastern New Mexico.  <\/p>\n<p>Fifteen Astros games were televised in Spanish in 2023, followed by 17 games in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Space City Home Network is thrilled to bring Houston Astros baseball to our viewers in Spanish for the third consecutive season,&#8221; Jim Colasanto, the network&#8217;s general manager, said in a Monday news release. &#8220;This year, we have expanded our Spanish-language coverage to include even more games, reinforcing our commitment to serving Houston&#8217;s diverse fan base.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Spanish-language broadcast crew will again include Enrique Vasquez and Danny Gonzalez, who have worked on the Astros&#8217; Spanish-language radio broadcasts, along with Gene Flores, a former University of Houston baseball star and longtime head coach at Clear Brook High School.<\/p>\n<p>The 26 home games to be televised in Spanish include matchups against the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Phillies and Texas Rangers. The Astros&#8217; last six regular-season home games, between Sept. 15 and Sept. 21, will be broadcast in Spanish to coincide with Hispanic Heritage Month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Astros have a long history of offering best in class Spanish-language radio broadcasts \u2014 and for the last few seasons, TV broadcasts,&#8221; Anita Sehgal, the Astros&#8217; vice president of marketing and communications, said in the news release. &#8220;We are excited to offer even more Los Astros Spanish-language TV broadcast options in 2025 as we continue to create fan experiences that are meaningful for all our fans.&#8221;    <\/p>\n<p>English-language TV broadcasts of Astros games will continue to air on the primary channel for Space City Home Network.<\/p>\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacecityhn.com\/astros\/schedule\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">network&#8217;s website<\/a> for a complete list of the Spanish-language broadcasts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Michael Wyke\/AP Houston Astros star Jose Altuve makes a throw from second base.
