As per reports from the Red Sox\u2019s official X account, pitcher Tanner Houck used the same bullpen phone cover that manager Cora had broken for getting ejected, to honor him after Rafael Devers<\/a> scored a home run.Earlier in the game, manager Alex Cora got into a heated argument with home plate umpire Mike Estabrook, which got him ejected from the game. In a fit of anger, he reached the dugout and the first thing he saw was a bullpen phone cover, which he smashed on the ground and then left the ground.The broken bullpen cover then made its way to Tanner Houck, who held onto it throughout the game. When the Red Sox\u2019s DH Rafael Devers closed the game with his winning home run, Houck used the same broken bullpen cover to honor Cora.When Brennan Bernardino was asked about the broken phone cover, he replied, \u201cIt made it into the clubhouse after the game.
