Lindor <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JomboyMedia\/status\/1924974505467777453\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">escalated the situation<\/a> from second base, where he loudly encouraged the ejections after stealing the bag and kickstarting an argument over balls and strikes.<\/p>\n<p>Cora and Lindor <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/WEEIAfternoons\/status\/1925262427165167790\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">didn\u2019t carry over the beef<\/a>, though, talking about it over breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe had breakfast this morning,\u201d Cora said during his appearance on \u201cWEEI Afternoons\u201d on Wednesday. \u201cI saw the clip of him saying\u2026 \u2018Throw Alex out! Throw Alex out!\u2019 Francisco didn\u2019t tell me that this morning, but it\u2019s all fun and games. It\u2019s a game that you\u2019re allowed to show emotion. I have to protect my players, and in that instance, it was hard to swallow, but (the bullpen) did the job. We won the game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cora and Lindor have a relationship outside their current gigs, having met when the latter was a child in Puerto Rico.
