The wife of Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a> pitcher Alex Vesia returned to social media to share an update after the couple announced the loss of their newborn daughter last year. \u00a0<\/p>\n Vesia did not pitch in the World Series<\/a> victory against the\u00a0Toronto Blue Jays<\/a>\u00a0due to the death of his daughter, Sterling Sol Vesia, announcing the\u00a0news\u00a0on Nov. 7, saying their baby “went to heaven Sunday October 26th.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n On Jan. 2, Vesia’s wife Kayla posted a two-minute clip on TikTok explaining how she and her husband are coping.<\/p>\n \u201cAlex and I are just trying to get through it everyday. Every day\u2019s so different for us right now and I don\u2019t really have the words,\u201d she said, noting that she normally shares a lot of their lives on social media,” she said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt just felt right to come on here and say \u2018Thank you’. I am really grateful for the community of you guys, and just expressing your support and love towards us. It really has brought us a lot of comfort during this.\u201d<\/p>\n Kayla Vesia thanked the couple’s supporters and said social media is a “good outlet” to talk to them.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know how much I\u2019m going to share. I don\u2019t know.
