He also became known, perhaps even more than his playing talents, for his self-deprecating humor, wit and sense of timing. That has helped lead to his broadcasting career. Kruk completed his 10th season (2003, 2017-25) as a color analyst with the Phillies in 2025.<\/p>\n
Before returning to the Phillies in 2017, he spent 13 years with ESPN as a color commentator and studio analyst. He also worked for Fox.<\/p>\n
