Harper, in the comments section of a TikTok video where he is seen taking batting practice and wearing Nike shoes, wrote that he is a \u201cFree agent in the apparel\/footwear category right now\u201d in response to another commenter. A source said that Harper and his representatives are \u201cnegotiating a new equipment deal.\u201d His deal with Under Armour \u201chas lapsed.\u201d But the source added that Harper has \u201cnot ruled out signing a new deal\u201d with Under Armour. Harper initially signed with Under Armour in 2011 before inking a 10-year extension in 2016.
