\n\tThe Paley Center for Media\u2019s annual PaleyFest<\/a> LA started out in its early run with a hefty slate of classic TV reunions before turning its focus in recent years to mostly current shows. But the 2026 edition promises a big one: The 50th anniversary of landmark ABC crime drama \u201cCharlie\u2019s Angels,\u201d with stars Kate Jackson, Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith set to attend.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c\u2019Charlie\u2019s Angels\u2019 surprised everyone when Farrah, Jackie and I hit the ground running (thanks, in part, to Farrah\u2019s iconic poster) and the pilot went through the glass ceiling,\u201d Jackson, Smith and Ladd said in a joint statement. \u201cOvernight, we were hailed with something akin to \u2018rock star fame.\u2019 When Cheryl joined us in the second season, she added a special element uniquely hers and the crazy went on. It was lighthearted, but, at the beginning of the Women\u2019s Movement in the 1970\u2019s, also quietly delivered the important message that women are just as capable as men. We are proud that we were able to entertain the television viewing audience for an hour each week, let them put their feet up, forget their troubles and, at the same time, inspire and empower young women all over the world. We look forward to reuniting on the PaleyFest stage to celebrate \u2018Charlie\u2019s Angels\u2019 milestone anniversary and to reflect on our work in television across the decades.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFrom producers Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg, \u201cCharlie\u2019s Angels\u201d aired from September 1976 to June 1981 on ABC, airing for 115 episodes over five seasons. Original star Farrah Fawcett died in 2009; other stars included Shelley Hack, Tanya Roberts and David Doyle. <\/p>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, at PaleyFest, another reunion this year also doubles as a celebration for the return of ABC\u2019s and Hulu\u2019s \u201cScrubs<\/a>,\u201d as that show gets a revival. Other PaleyFest LA panels this year include Apple TV\u2019s \u201cPluribus<\/a>,\u201d \u201cShrinking\u201d and \u201cYour Friends & Neighbors,\u201d HBO Max\u2019s Emmy-winning \u201cThe Pitt\u201d and Netflix series \u201cEmily in Paris\u201d and \u201cNobody Wants This.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Pitt,\u201d \u201cShrinking\u201d and \u201cNobody Wants This\u201d had previously been announced<\/a>. This year\u2019s PaleyFest LA will once again be held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, from April 4 to April 12 \u2014 just weeks after the Oscars are held at that venue. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe PaleyFest is sponsored by Citi, while William S. Paley Foundation is the founding benefactor. Entering its 43rd year in Los Angeles, the PaleyFest features screenings and conversations for some of the most popular shows on TV.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cPaleyFest LA is a one-of-a-kind celebration where iconic talent, passionate fans, and unforgettable moments all come together,\u201d said Paley Center president\/CEO Maureen J. Reidy. \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome audiences back to the Dolby Theatre this April and are deeply grateful to our partners at Citi and the William S. \n\tPresale for Paley President\u2019s Circle; Patron Circle Platinum, Gold, Silver; Patron\u2019s Circle+; Partner Members; and Citi cardmembers starts Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 9 a.m. PT. \u00a0Paley Individual, Family and Supporting Members can purchase tickets starting Thursday, Jan. 29 at 9 a.m. PT, and then remaining tickets go on sale for the general public on Friday, Jan. 30, at 9 a.m. PT.<\/p>\n
