Freeman has established himself as one of the greatest Dodgers of all time, something that seemed so unprecedented prior to his first season in Los Angeles in 2022.

Freeman was always thought of as an Atlanta Brave, but that will likely be a thing of the past as two of the most iconic moments of his career came while donning Dodger blue. Freeman’s two biggest players of his career, the 2024 World Series Game 1 walkoff and the 2025 World Series Game 3 walkoff, came as a Dodger.

Oct 27, 2025; Los Angeles, California, USA; Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman (5) celebrates after hitting a walk off home run against the Toronto Blue Jays in the eighteenth inning during game three of the 2025 MLB World Series at Dodger Stadium. Nonetheless, the Dodgers do a great job in taking care of their stars, so there is a chance he finishes his career in Los Angeles.

Freeman’s time in L.A. has been spectacular. In 614 games, he has slashed .310/.391/.516 with a .907 OPS along with 96 home runs, 381 RBIs and 727 hits in 2347 plate appearances.

Earlier in the week, Dodgers president of baseball operations, Andrew Friedman, hinted at Freeman possibly joining L.A.’s front office once he calls his career quits.

“I was incredibly impressed by it,” Friedman said of the dance. “Setting aside my emotions of how much I disliked it.
