The Orioles\u2019 active offseason has \u201cbeen a positive\u201d in the team\u2019s \u201cquest to pack Camden Yards\u201d in 2026, according to Andy Kostka of the BALTIMORE BANNER. The team signed free agent 1B Pete Alonso and traded for OF Taylor Ward and P Shane Baz, among other moves. Orioles President of Business Operations Catie Griggs said ticket sales have reflected fans acknowledging the team\u2019s \u201ccommitment to making sure we\u2019re playing top-tier baseball.\u201d Griggs did not offer specific sales figures, but she said fans \u201cwanted to see that we were as committed as they are to this team,\u201d adding ticket sales show the team is \u201cdelivering that.\u201d The midseason announcement of changes to the Birdland Memberships<\/a> \u201crankled some of Baltimore\u2019s most loyal fans.\u201d There are new benefits as part of the modified season ticket packages, such as a guaranteed giveaway gate for season ticket holders. There are also upgrades coming to Camden Yards<\/a>. That includes a \u201cnew sound system, main scoreboard and video board, ribbon boards on grandstand facades and a club-level bar.\u201d The premium club behind home plate will open as well.
