His season wasn\u2019t free of drama, however, as he appeared to intentionally cross up catcher C\u00e9sar Salazar, throwing a pitch at the backstop\u2019s chest<\/a> during a September game against the Yankees. His agent, in the immediate aftermath, called the allegations \u201cpreposterous.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n Framber Valdez has not yet signed with a new team.
