No official date has been decided on when the Dodgers will visit, but a White House representative told the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/02\/04\/us-news\/white-house-confirms-dodgers-will-attend-world-series-ceremony\/\">New York Post<\/a> they have been in contact with the administration. <\/p>\n<p>The Dodgers visited the White House last year after winning the 2024 World Series and in 2021 under the Joe Biden administration after winning the 2020 World Series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe White House is an incredible honor to get to go see, regardless of who\u2019s in office,\u201d former Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw said after the 2025 visit. \u201cWe went in 2021. We went this time. I know there\u2019s been a lot of stuff about, should the Dodgers go? All this stuff. But at the end of the day, getting to go to the White House, getting to see the Oval Office, getting to meet the president of the United States, that\u2019s stuff that you can\u2019t lose sight of no matter what you believe.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The World Series champion <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Dodgers?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Dodgers<\/a> were honored at the White House today. <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/lWzz7EcroD\">pic.twitter.com\/lWzz7EcroD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 MLB (@MLB) <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MLB\/status\/1909320420085710865?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 7, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There was speculation about whether the Dodgers would still visit the White House from fans due to the ICE raids that have occurred in Los Angeles. The Dodgers reportedly denied ICE agents access to Dodgers stadium in June \u2014 but ICE and DHS denied being there \u2014 and donated $1 million during the summer to families affected by immigrations raids.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Dodgers winning the 2025 World Series, the immigrant rights group National Day Laborer Organizing Network created a petition online, asking the Dodgers not to visit the White House. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team represents our neighborhoods, our families, and our shared love for our diverse communities,\u201d the group wrote. \u201cBut right now, our community, our city are under siege, we need them to stand\u00a0with us,\u00a0on the right side of history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During the 2019 season under the first Trump administration, Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts said if the Dodgers were to win the World Series \u2014 which they didn\u2019t \u2014 he likely wouldn\u2019t go to the White House.
