The Chicago White Sox have brought back a familiar arm to bolster their pitching staff, agreeing to terms with right-hander Erick Fedde on a one-year, $1.5 million contract. The deal, announced February 10, 2026, and finalized after a physical, reunites Fedde with the organization where he enjoyed one of the best stretches of his career in 2024.<\/p>\n

Fedde, 33, originally signed with the White Sox prior to the 2024 season<\/a> following a standout year in the KBO with the NC Dinos. In 21 starts for Chicago that season, he posted a 7-4 record, 3.11 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 4.6 bWAR<\/a>, leading the club in WAR despite the team\u2019s historic 41-121 finish.
