The nasty stadium-crowd run-in was caught on camera last year<\/a> during a game between the Philadelphia Phillies<\/a> and Miami Marlins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Phillies star Harrison Bader<\/a> hit a home run into the stands at Miami Marlins\u2019 LoanDepot Park on September 5. <\/p>\n

A white-haired female fan scrambled<\/a> for the ball as it rolled towards her before it was eventually picked up by a jubilant father \u2013 who ran over and handed it to his young son, Lincoln.<\/p>\n

But in a stunning display<\/a> later seen around the world, the woman stormed over and demanded the ball back.<\/p>\n

The father, later identified as Drew Feltwell<\/a>, ended up handing it over to avoid confrontation, as she was seen snatching it away.<\/p>\n

Instead of being ashamed of taking it from a child, she was seen giving a middle finger gesture to fans who witnessed the exchange<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat was mine,\u201d she bellowed in one clip. \u201cYou took it from me.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was in my hands.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Miami Marlins staffer who saw the drama unfold later presented the young fan with a swag bag in the stands.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Sun tracked down Drew and his family this week for an update on Phillies Karen, who they said is still yet to be identified five months on.<\/p>\n

The internet definitely took care of her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Drew said the mystery woman has still failed to come forward despite pleas to return the ball<\/a>, but he is prepared for a rematch.<\/p>\n

The Philadelphia Phillies are scheduled to play the Miami Marlins<\/a> at LoanDepot Park (Marlins stadium) in July 2026 for a three-game series, from Monday, July 27, 2026, to Wednesday, July 29, 2026.<\/p>\n

Drew said, \u201cWe are trying to go to the same game and get the same seats in July.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt would be funny if she sat out there in the same seats this coming year.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is a Phillies fan and that\u2019s one of the two times they are playing at the Marlins stadium,\u201d he explained, the other set of games being in May. <\/p>\n

\u201cHaven\u2019t heard anything from her. Really didn\u2019t think I would. I hope that ball means a lot to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople in our country so quick to turn to violence for every little thing.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a chance to show people and my son that it\u2019s not necessary.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe internet definitely took care of her,\u201d Drew added.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wouldn\u2019t want to wish anything worse on her. Our day ended well.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked what he would say to her if they came face-to-face for a rematch, he said, \u201cLook how people treated us and look how people treated you. <\/p>\n

\u201cDo you think it was a good decision? I hope it was worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ever since Phillies Karen was caught on the broadcast, fans have been\u00a0searching to find out who she is. <\/p>\n

A woman named Cheryl Richardson-Wagner was misidentified as people swarmed her Facebook<\/a> page. <\/p>\n

She shut down the rumors, writing, \u201cOK everyone\u2026 I\u2019m NOT the crazy Philly Mom (but I sure would love to be as thin as she is and move as fast)\u2026 and I\u2019m a Red Sox fan.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cApparently, I am trending on Twitter. I wonder if I will get apologies from all of these people when the real culprit is discovered.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leslie-Ann Kravitz has been another target, who allegedly worked at the Hammonton School District in New Jersey<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But the school district poured cold water on the rumor, saying, \u201cThe woman identified on social media as \u2018Phillies Karen\u2019 is not, and has never been an employee of the Hammonton Public Schools located in Hammonton, New Jersey.<\/p>\n

\u201cSocial media and news reports indicating that she is, are incorrect.\u201d<\/p>\n

Blowout Cards, a trading card retailer, previously offered the mystery Karen $5,000 for the ball. <\/p>\n

But they said she would have to sign it and write, \u201cI\u2019m sorry,\u201d so they could give it back to young Lincoln. <\/p>\n

It is believed the woman still owns the ball and has not been in touch with the company. <\/p>\n
