His first, a 401-foot shot to left field in the third inning, extended an early lead. He followed with a 407-foot blast in the fourth and capped the historic night with a 386-foot homer in the seventh\u2014also to left\u2014ending the game under the run rule.<\/p>\n<p>This feat makes Armstrong just the second Division I player since NCAA record-keeping began in 1957 to hit three grand slams in one game.
