Kowar was claimed off waivers by the Twins roughly two weeks ago. Now, the right-hander is on the move for the third time this offseason. This seems like a low-risk trade for the O&#8217;s to add some extra depth in their bullpen. Last season, Kowar registered a 4.24 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, and a 15\/7 K\/BB ratio across 15 appearances with the Seattle Mariners. The expectation is that Kowar will compete for a spot in the O&#8217;s bullpen during camp.
