The White Sox have dropped their Spring Training broadcast schedule, and for those of us who have spent the winter itching for baseball again, it\u2019s the lifeline we\u2019ve been waiting for.<\/p>\n
Glendale is calling. And while we know better than to put too much stock in Cactus League box scores, there\u2019s no denying the pull of seeing the South Side logo back on a TV screen.<\/p>\n
The action kicks off with a bang, or at least a very loud neighborhood dispute, on February 20 at 2:05 p.m. CT against the Cubs. Even though it\u2019s a meaningless exhibition, beating the North Siders is always a healthy way to start the year.<\/p>\n
The first part of the schedule is heavy on the home turf at Camelback Ranch, with matchups against the A\u2019s, Brewers, and Rangers all slated for late February. If you\u2019re looking for an early glimpse at the new-look rotation or young prospects, mark these dates down.<\/p>\n
Most of these games will be carried by ESPN 1000 and CHSN, with a few webcast options sprinkled in for the true diehards who need to hear the crack of the bat while they\u2019re \u201cworking\u201d from home. Additionally, both of the Cubs matchups will be broadcast on the Marquee Sports Network.<\/p>\n
