(WSAW) &#8211; The Milwaukee Brewers and manager Pat Murphy have agreed to a contract extension.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/MLB.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/MLB.com\" target=\"_blank\">MLB.com<\/a>\u2018s Brewers beat writer Adam McCalvy announced the news on X.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Two-time defending NL Manager of the Year Pat Murphy has a three-year contract extension with the Brewers that includes a club option for 2029, a source confirms to MLB dot com. If it is exercised, Murphy would be the manager through his age-71 season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Murphy has been the manager of the Brewers since the 2024 season. In that time, he has a 190-134 record.
