Chicago Cubs All-Star Pete Crow-Armstrong shaded Los Angeles Dodgers fans in an interview with Chicago Magazine.<\/p>\n

Crow-Armstrong \u2014 who broke out as a star for the Cubs in 2025 \u2014 grew up in the Los Angeles area, going to Harvard-Westlake School. The star praised fans in Chicago, but in doing so chose to take a shot at Dodgers fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love Chicago more and more. It\u2019s just an incredible city. The people are great,\u201d he said. \u201cThey give a s\u2014. They aren\u2019t just baseball fans who go to the game like Dodgers fans to take pictures or whatever. They are paying attention. They care.\u201d<\/p>\n

While he\u2019s from the area, Crow-Armstrong is far from a Dodger fan. His dad grew up in Illinois and forbid him from rooting for either the Dodgers or the St. Louis Cardinals.<\/p>\n

\u201cGrowing up in L.A., my dad gave me a couple of rules. 1) I couldn\u2019t root for the Dodgers. 2) I couldn\u2019t root for the Cardinals,\u201d\u00a0PCA wrote in\u00a0The Players\u2019 Tribune\u00a0last year.<\/a><\/p>\n

While Crow-Armstrong speculates Dodger fans don\u2019t care, they ultimately have bragging rights as the current holders of the World Series.<\/p>\n

PCA and the Cubs will look to establish themselves as serious contenders in the coming season, though, and they\u2019ll get an early shot at the Dodgers during the regular season. L.A. hosts the Cubs from April 24-26, and LA Sports Report\u2019s Doug McKain believes the Dodgers will show the All-Star just how much they \u201cgive a sh*t.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n
