When asked about his time playing in Chicago, he praised the fans, but he did so by characterizing Dodgers supporters as uninterested in baseball.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Doug McKain (@DMAC_LA) February 24, 2026<\/a> Dodgers Fans Fire Back at PCA<\/p>\n On Reddit<\/a>, Dodgers fans sounded off on Crow-Armstrong, contrasting his recent statements about the Boys in Blue with remarks by other stars.<\/p>\n For instance, Juan Soto said he plans to challenge Shohei Ohtani for the National League Most Valuable Player award<\/a>, noting that \u201che better keep doing what he\u2019s doing, because I\u2019m coming.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans like u\/EggHeadMagic characterized Soto\u2019s comments as \u201ccompetitiveness,\u201d adding that \u201cPCA going after fans is just cowardly.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI love Juan when we\u2019re not playing him but this PCA comment is so cringe. He\u2019s trash,\u201d said u\/Rockitttla.<\/p>\n PCA Has Long Been a Cubs Fan<\/p>\n As detailed by Steve Henson of the Los Angeles Times<\/a>, though, PCA was born into a Cubs family.<\/p>\n His father is an Illinois native and forbade his son from rooting for the Dodgers.<\/p>\n \u201cGrowing up in L.A., my dad gave me a couple of rules. 1) I couldn\u2019t root for the Dodgers. 2) I couldn\u2019t root for the Cardinals,\u201d PCA wrote in The Players\u2019 Tribune last year.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s from Naperville, just outside Chicago.
