Team president\u00a0Bob Carpenter<\/a>\u00a0says he hopes to have the\u00a0farm system<\/a>\u00a0identified by the same blue color, with the\u00a0Wilmington<\/a>\u00a0club called the\u00a0Blue Rocks<\/a>\u00a0and possibly the new\u00a0Bradford<\/a>\u00a0team as the\u00a0Blue Wings<\/a>. The Blue Jays will be the official team name in\u00a01943<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a01944<\/a>, but will be abandoned in\u00a01945<\/a>, though the team will still occasionally be referred to in newspaper accounts as the Blue Jays through\u00a01949<\/a>. Ms. Crooks wins a $100 war bond and a\u00a0season ticket<\/a>\u00a0to the Blue Jays.
