Tampa, FL – The Tampa Bay Rays are organizing a series of public meetings in the Tampa area as discussions continue regarding potential plans for a future stadium in the region.

Team officials say the events are intended to give residents an opportunity to learn about the project and share feedback before any final decisions are made.

The first meeting is scheduled to take place at Hillsborough Community College’s Dale Mabry campus in Tampa.

Representatives from the Rays and community partners are expected to provide an overview of the proposal and answer questions from attendees.

Additional sessions are planned at other locations across Hillsborough County in the coming weeks.

According to organizers, the meetings are part of a broader effort to gather input from residents, business owners and fans regarding a possible new ballpark and the surrounding development that could accompany it.

Officials say feedback collected during these sessions may help shape the direction of the project as discussions continue with local leaders.

The Rays currently play at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, which has served as the team’s home stadium since the franchise joined Major League Baseball in 1998.

For several years, team officials and local governments have explored options for a new stadium within the Tampa Bay region.

The community meetings are focused on public engagement and project discussion.

They do not involve suspects, arrests or alleged criminal activity, and there are no arrest reports connected to the meetings or the stadium proposal.

[2377
3640,5,26217,58020,610,24022,59640,4,18854,297,1646,20141,55899,295,2550,68,2551,2549
post-606173","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-tampa-bay-rays","tag-area","tag-baseball","tag-discussions","tag-feedback","tag-fl","tag-meeting","tag-meetings","tag-mlb","tag-plans","tag-rays","tag-series","tag-sessions","tag-stadium-plans","tag-tampa","tag-tampa-bay","tag-tampa-bay-rays","tag-tampabay","tag-tampabayrays
["GET
