Maleki Overstreet, Trenton Pepin and Hunter Eckel forged two hits each to spark the Eagles.<\/p>\n
Overstreet also drove in a pair of runs.<\/p>\n
Jayden Rojo had a base hit and an RBI for the Red and Black.<\/p>\n
Bently Moore drew the start on the mound and worked 6.1 frames, allowing two runs, both earned, on seven hits.<\/p>\n
He walked three and struck out two Red Devils.<\/p>\n
Moore moved to 2-0 for the season.<\/p>\n
Logan Hoot pitched the final two-thirds of an inning and recorded one strike out and a walk.<\/p>\n
Rusk is now 8-4-1, while Huntington owns a 10-5 worksheet.<\/p>\n
At 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Rusk will entertain Tyler Legacy.<\/p>\n
