Typically, these players are considered too boring, too risky or post-hype sleepers, but for one reason or another, they are overlooked. To win your league, you need to find these players before the rest of your league.

You can try and grab them off the wire or you can target them late in drafts. They are easily cuttable if they don’t work out, but if they do pan out, they give you a great head start in winning a championship. Here are my picks for the 2026 All-Undrafted Fantasy Baseball Team. You will find players at each position who are all being drafted after round 26 in a 12-team league, according to average draft position (ADP).

Fantasy Baseball All-Undrafted Team
Catcher

For catcher, we have one player for 1-catcher (after the 12th catcher off the board) and 2-catcher formats (after pick 312).

1-Catcher League: Samuel Basallo (C – BAL)

Samuel Basallo is a top-five prospect, and it has everything to do with his bat. He was fantastic in Triple-A last season, hitting .270/.377/.589 with 23 home runs and 321 plate appearances. He came up and hit another four homers in the Majors in just 40 plate appearances.

Basallo is having a massive spring training, hitting .371/.450/.771 with three home runs. He will be the primary designated hitter in Baltimore and catch when Adley Rutschman needs a day off.

2-Catcher League: Carlos Narvaez (C – BOS)

Carlos Narvaez was having a great season before a knee injury derailed him in the second half. He got surgery after the season, so he should be past the issue. Narvaez should be the everyday catcher in Boston and has upside that surpasses his draft spot.

First Base
Coby Mayo (1B – BAL)

With the injury to Jordan Westburg, Coby Mayo has a chance to win the third base job in Baltimore. Mayo is a former top prospect who has struggled in small samples with the Orioles, but he has never been given a real long-term opportunity.

There is massive power in the bat if Mayo can hold his own against breaking pitches.

Second Base
Cole Young (2B – SEA)

Cole Young is a former top prospect who is crushing spring training, hitting .302/.373/.717 with six home runs and three stolen bases.

Young is projected to be the second baseman for the Mariners, and while he may platoon, he has a good enough hit tool to take a massive step forward this year.

Shortstop
Nasim Nunez (SS – WSH)

While shortstop is really deep at the top, it falls off pretty quickly after the top 300 picks. If you are looking for upside, though, Nasim Nunez is the answer.

There is a ton of speed in the profile. He stole 45 bases between Triple-A and the Majors in just 342 plate appearances. He is an elite defender, so he should still play when he struggles offensively. Nunez will not be going this late for very long.

Third Base
Max Muncy (2B, 3B, SS – ATH)

Don’t confuse this Max Muncy with the elder Max Muncy on the Dodgers because they have very different profiles. This Muncy is an accumulator, but he is having a massive spring, hitting .391/.481/.826 with five home runs and a stolen base.

Muncy will be playing every day in one of the best parks for power and is multi-positional eligible.

Outfield
Tyler O’Neill (OF – BAL)

With Dylan Beavers dealing with an injury and not performing well, Tyler O’Neill is now projected to be an everyday player in Baltimore.

When healthy, O’Neill has been a very good power source and a great defender, which the Orioles seem to prioritize in the outfield. If he can stay on the field, he provides 30-home run upside.

Starting Pitcher
Max Meyer (SP – MIA)

Max Meyer is a former top prospect who has struggled in his first few seasons in the Majors with injuries and inconsistency.

However, the talent has always been there, and Meyer is pitching lights out in spring training, throwing seven innings with a 50% strikeout rate and a 4% walk rate. He pitches in a great park and has already been named in the rotation.

Relief Pitcher
Kirby Yates (RP – LAA)

With Robert Stephenson having a setback, Kirby Yates appears to be the first man up in the Angels’ bullpen for saves. Yates has closing experience and has looked great in spring training.

The only real competition in the bullpen right now is Jordan Romano, but Yates should be the first man to get a shot.

Subscribe: YouTube | Spotify | Apple Podcasts | iHeart | Castbox | Amazon Music | Podcast Addict | SoundCloud | TuneIn

Every year, players are found off the fantasy baseball waiver wire that help you win your leagues.
