Let’s face it, the American League East is a powerhouse. With the New York Yankees<\/a> predicted to take the division by a landslide, behind them is a three-way title fight between the Boston Red Sox<\/a>, Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> and a team that did not make the playoffs last season, the Baltimore Orioles<\/a>.
