The majority of you said no.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Add it all up, and 61% of fans think the Royals will finish the season with still only one AL Central crown to their name. Not only that, but 42% of those who believed they wouldn\u2019t win the division further believe they won\u2019t even be good enough for a playoff spot. This stands in interesting contrast to the general predictions thread we <a href=\"https:\/\/www.royalsreview.com\/mlb-news\/95567\/the-2026-royals-and-mlb-predictions-thread\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">put up<\/a> earlier this week, where 56.5% of respondents believed the Royals would win the division. It looks like different polling methods will return different results, but that\u2019s nothing new. I recommend you google the subject if you want to learn more.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">A more positive way to spin the results is that 82% of respondents believed the Royals would make the playoffs in one form or another. I sure hope you\u2019re right, even if I\u2019m still hoping for a division crown.
