{"id":647889,"date":"2026-03-28T03:21:17","date_gmt":"2026-03-28T03:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/mlb\/647889\/"},"modified":"2026-03-28T03:21:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-28T03:21:17","slug":"adot-unveils-5-new-specialty-license-plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/mlb\/647889\/","title":{"rendered":"ADOT unveils 5 new specialty license plates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 Five specialty license plates have joined the ever-expanding lineup available for Arizona drivers, the Arizona Department of Transportation announced Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Motorists can now purchase, for $25 per year, <a href=\"https:\/\/azdot.gov\/news\/adot-unveils-five-new-specialty-license-plates-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">plates<\/a> that support the following causes: No One Fights Alone, Teen Lifeline, 4AZKids, Arizona Youth Charities and Gila River Indian Community.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, ADOT said it has refreshed its existing Arizona Diamondbacks specialty plate and is offering the theme for motorcycles as well.<\/p>\n<p>The newest five specialty plates are <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/arizona-news\/adot-license-plates-charity\/5784335\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">among 114 options<\/a> Arizonans have to choose from, and ADOT said more than $14.5 million has gone toward state charities for plate sales as of June 30, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Details on latest ADOT specialty license plates<\/p>\n<p>ADOT said $17 from each plate\u2019s sale will go to various charities, such as Executive Council Charities for Arizona Youth Charities plates, which provides \u201cgrants to programs focused on helping youth in Arizona overcome adversity and reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy choosing this plate, you can make a visible contribution to improving the lives of the young people across the great state of Arizona,\u201d Executive Council Charities director Matt Davis said.<\/p>\n<p>RELATED STORIES<\/p>\n<p>Gila River Indian Community specialty plate sales will see $17 go toward funding traffic control devices on the reservation, which sits at the south side of Chandler and Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>No One Fights Alone, which supports military and law enforcement, will have its portion of specialty plate sales go to Under the Shield, Inc \u201cto provide mental wellness training and coaching for all public safety (personnel).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Teen Lifeline will take in the $17 per plate to support its crisis hotline services as well as suicide prevention learning for teens, parents and teachers throughout the state.<\/p>\n<p>Every purchase of 4AZKids plates will send proceeds to Saguaros Children\u2019s Charities, which represents more than 30 charities that \u201cprovide critical care, education and enrichment programs statewide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"twitter-follow-button\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/pwmoses11\" data-show-count=\"false\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Follow @pwmoses11<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;\">Have a story idea or tip?
