On Thursday, the Chicago White Sox<\/a> played their first game of the new season when they lost to the Milwaukee Brewers<\/a> by a score of 14-2.<\/p>\n

The White Sox and Brewers will have two more games on Saturday and Sunday.<\/p>\n

On Friday, the White Sox announced that they had claimed a player from the New York Mets.<\/p>\n

The White Sox wrote:<\/a> \u201cThe Chicago White Sox have claimed left-handed pitcher Bryan Hudson<\/a> off waivers from the New York Mets.<\/p>\n

The White Sox will make a corresponding move prior to tomorrow\u2019s game at Milwaukee.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hudson is coming off a year where he appeared in 16 games for the Brewers and White Sox.<\/p>\n

Over three total seasons, he has also played for the Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a>.<\/p>\n
