The Seattle Mariners look to clinch at least a series split on Saturday night when they take on the Cleveland Guardians. The Mariners dropped the season-opener to the Guardians 8-4, but got their first win of the season on Friday to even the series. George Kirby picked up the victory, as the Mariners won 5-1. Kirby threw six innings and gave up just one run on two hits to get the win. He struck out six and walked two. Saturday, the Mariners will send Bryan Woo to the mound in the third game of the series. Woo pitched well last season, as he went 15-7 with a 2.94 ERA.<\/p>\n
