The 2026 WBC champ went 6-for-13 against the Reds with two home runs and 4 RBI. He was Boston&#8217;s best offensive player over the first three games of the season, and Red Sox manager Alex Cora believes Abreu can stay hot moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>Cora reminded reporters following the game that Abreu looked similarly locked in at the beginning of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think this is sustainable,&#8221; Cora said. &#8220;He has a good knowledge of his swing and what the opposition is trying to do.
