\u25c7A large flag was displayed at Chiba Lotte Marines opening game.<\/p>\n
On Friday, March 27th, a giant flag will be displayed in the right field stands of Zozo Marine Stadium for the opening game between Chiba Lotte Marines and Saitama Seibu Lions. This project is being carried out as part of the game’s production, with the cooperation of the Big Flag Executive Committee and Chiba Lotte Marines cheering squad. At approximately 6:25 PM, just before the start of the game, a giant flag measuring 15 meters high and 75 meters wide, bearing the message “ONE HEART MARINES,” will cover the right field stands.<\/p>\n
This giant flag was created by The Marines Big Flag Executive Committee and was first unveiled at the home opener on March 31, 2015. Last season, the home opener was canceled due to rain, so the flag was not displayed. This will be the first time it has been displayed in two years.<\/p>\n

Boat racer Koji Yukawa will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Orix Buffaloes vs. Tohoku Rakuten Eagles game on Sunday, March 29th. The game will be sponsored by Boat Race Suminoe and will be held as the “Boat Race Suminoe GI Taiko Prize Race”. There will also be a photo session with impressionist comedian “Nitchiro” and a lucky draw where attendees can win original Quo cards.<\/p>\n
