After Jose Altuve’s rough spring, he’s jumped on the ball to begin the year. His 1.293 OPS and two homers are second on the team. Best of all, Altuve has walked eight times, which is second in the league. The putrid spring he pieced<\/a> together wasn’t out of the ordinary, but it was slightly concerning for the aging legend. <\/a><\/p>\n He posted a .376 OPS with just two walks over 39 at-bats, but clearly hasn’t wavered. <\/p>\n Carlos Correa Has Been an Under-the-Radar Star Through the First Six Games<\/p>\n Carlos Correa has had an under-the-radar performance so far. He is third on the team in RBI and tied for second in hits. The Astros must get through hard-throwing lefty Garrett Crochet to complete the three-game sweep. <\/p>\n Crochet threw six scoreless innings against the Cincinnati Reds on Opening Day. He allowed just three hits and struck out eight in the win. Crochet has a 6.28 lifetime ERA against the Astros, but has struck out 22 over 14.1 innings. <\/p>\n His last outing at Daikin Park came last August when he allowed five runs on seven hits over four innings.
