It most likely won\u2019t be wet this year at Opening Day when the Colorado Rockies begin their Coors Field slate<\/a> on Friday, according to multiple forecasters.<\/p>\n

Chris Bianchi from 9News,<\/a> Ryan Fish from Denver 7 and the National Weather Service<\/a> are all in agreement on a windy day with a high temperature in the mid to low 50s.<\/p>\n

Bianchi says to expect a first pitch temperature of 52 degrees under mostly cloudy skies with wind gusts howling between 20 and 40 mph.<\/p>\n

Looks dry but windy and cool for the @Rockies<\/a> home opener on Friday.<\/p>\n

\u201cSlight chance of showers later in the day but probably won\u2019t impact the game,\u201d Fish noted in his forecast.<\/p>\n

The National Weather Service calls for mostly sunny skies with a high near 56 degrees. Winds will be out of the west-northwest at 6 to 11 mph, increasing to 13 to 18 mph in the afternoon, with gusts as high as 30 mph.<\/p>\n

Bundle up, Rockies fans \u2014 it\u2019ll be a breezy one at 20th and Blake when the boys in purple battle Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
