Already one-for-one, Fernandez hit his first homer toward left field and over the wall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Down one in the bottom of the eighth, Fernandez connected on a three-run homer to complete the comeback win.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Fernandez is the eighth player in MLB history to hit two or more home runs in their debut. He is the first Diamondback to accomplish the feat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cGrateful to God, very happy, more than I could have expected,\u201d Fernandez said. \u201cI returned to my days as a kid, just a dream come true&#8230; transports you back as a kid.
