The Rockies’ home opener on Friday will air for free on 9NEWS and KTVD.<\/p>\n 9NEWS will be covering the Rockies’ home opener live from Coors Field on Friday from 4:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. First pitch is at 2:10 p.m. on 9NEWS.<\/p>\n The Rockies\u2019 radio broadcast is on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM, as well as in Spanish on KNRV 1150 AM.<\/p>\n

Coors Field parking lots<\/a> are outside the right-field Gate A entrance with access at Wazee Street and Park Avenue or 33rd & Blake streets. For the home opener, Coors Field parking lots open at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n The price per game for Lot A starts at $20 per vehicle. The price per game for Lot B starts at $18 per vehicle. Passes can be purchased online at Rockies.com\/Parking.<\/a><\/p>\n
Gates for the home opener open at noon. Fans entering the gates for the home opener will receive a 2026 Colorado Rockies Magnet Schedule.<\/p>\n Pregame ceremonies begin at 1:15 p.m., and first pitch is at 2:10 p.m. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 1 p.m.<\/p>\n The Rockies recommend fans arrive early to avoid crowding at the gates. In addition, fans should enter the gate shown on their ticket. CLEAR members can enter through a dedicated lane at Gate C.<\/p>\n Only single-pocket, medical and diaper bags that are no larger than 16\u201dx16\u201dx8\u201d can be brought into the ballpark. Backpacks and other multi-pocket bags, including multi-pocket purses, are not permitted.<\/p>\n Coors Field is primarily a cashless facility. Apple Pay is accepted in all ballpark retail and concession locations.<\/p>\n

Aramark, the official food and beverages vendor of Coors Field, announced new items on menu<\/a> as the Rockies’ downtown Denver ballpark celebrates its 31st season.<\/p>\n The new items include boozy ice cream, a Dubai cinnamon roll, pizza donuts, a brisket taco, new cheesesteak sandwiches, and a “glizzilla” \u2014 a two-foot, one-pound hot dog.<\/p>\n The viral 9-9-9 challenge will also\u00a0<\/a>makes its debut at six ballparks this summer, including Coors Field. During the 2026 season, the Rockies and 9NEWS will continue their partnership that brings Major League Baseball back to local television in Colorado. Ten Rockies games will be broadcast on KTVD Channel 20. Five of the games will also simulcast on 9NEWS KUSA.<\/p>\n Those living in the Denver metro and surrounding areas of Colorado will be able to watch the Rockies games on 9NEWS and KTVD for free over-the-air with a digital antenna, as well as on Xfinity, DirectTV, Dish Network, Fubo, and DirectTV Stream.<\/a><\/p>\n
