It&#8217;s reached the point where he has a chance to match an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.si.com\/mlb\/braves\/onsi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Atlanta Braves <\/a>legend with a specific streak early in the season. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-2\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6m\">According to MLB Network&#8217;s research team, and shared by MLB.com&#8217;s Mark Bowman, Drake Baldwin has scored a run in his first six games. The last Braves player with a long streak was Hank Aaron during the 1957 season. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-3\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6p\">The won the World Series that year in seven games over the Yankees back when they were in Milwaukee. It&#8217;s one of those stats that spells positive vibes for the team and Baldwin. You&#8217;re matching something not seen since a Hall of Famer that went on to win an MVP and a ring that season. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6s\">So, all it will take is for from to reach base in Thursday night&#8217;s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks and be driven in by one of his teammates. If that happens just once, he&#8217;ll match Aaron. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-5\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6v\">Baldwin has been by far the most productive member of the team. He leads the team with those six runs scored, and he also leads the team with seven RBIs. <\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-6\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"6y\">He\u2019s batting .318 with a 1.196 OPS and three home runs to complement those other counting stats. He almost had four. He had a home run robbed by Denzel Clarke in left-center field.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"71\">\u201cThis is a special hitter,\u201d manager Walt Weiss said on Wednesday. \u201cIt&#8217;s one of those swings that there&#8217;s a lot of margin for error with his swing because it&#8217;s in the zone for so long. It&#8217;s line to line.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-8\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1.5\" q:key=\"0\" q:id=\"74\">It&#8217;s high contact with power.
