Speaking of Homer, as with so many entertaining things, the Simpsons did it first<\/a>.<\/p>\n The team also unveiled a new exhibit at Globe Life to honor the 30th anniversary of the 1996 American League West champions, the first team in franchise history to advance to the postseason. Game-used items and line-up cards will be exhibited in two display cases highlighting the events of the ’96 season, including items from Juan Gonzalez, Will Clark, Rusty Greer, Mark McLemore and manager Johnny Oates.\u00a0<\/p>\n The cases will be displayed for all Rangers home games at the Southeast Entrance lobby of Globe Life Field and will also be a stop for selected public tours of the stadium.<\/p>\n
