iHeartMedia news\/talk KOA (850 AM and\u00a0FM translator K231BQ at 94.1)\u00a0Denver, the flagship station of Major League Baseball\u2019s Colorado Rockies, has announced that Zach Goodman will join the KOA Rockies Radio Network broadcast team starting April 4.<\/p>\n
Goodman, who will be in the KOA broadcast booth alongside the 25-year\u00a0\u201cVoice of the Colorado Rockies\u201d Jack Corrigan, is\u00a0the son of Drew Goodman, the TV voice of the Rockies since 2002.\u00a0KOA has been the Rockies\u2019 radio flagship since the team\u2019s first MLB season in 1993.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining the Rockies, Goodman served as the radio voice of\u00a0the Arizona Diamondbacks\u2019 double-A minor league team, the Amarillo Sod Poodles in Texas, for the past two seasons. He also handled basketball and volleyball play-by-play while at Webster University in St. Louis, where he was also the starting catcher for the college\u2019s baseball team.<\/p>\n
