On Saturday night, the Los Angeles Angels<\/a> will host the Seattle Mariners<\/a> in California for the second game of their series.<\/p>\n

The Angels lost by a score of 3-1 (on Friday night).<\/p>\n

Mariners Player Issues Apology To Mike Trout\"\"<\/p>\n

During Friday\u2019s game, Mike Trout<\/a> got hit by a pitch.<\/p>\n

Barstool Baseball wrote:<\/a> \u201cBryan Woo\u2019s 1st 2 pitches to Mike Trout Up and in at Head Hit by pitch Mike ain\u2019t happy\u201d<\/p>\n

While Trout appeared upset, it was revealed that the pitcher (Bryan Woo<\/a>) apologized to Trout.<\/p>\n

Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com wrote:<\/a> \u201cMike Trout said Bryan Woo apologized in-game to him after he was hit by a pitch up and in during the first inning. But he said he was upset in the moment after two straight pitches up and in.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trout finished the game with one walk and one run.<\/p>\n

Trout And The Angels<\/p>\n

With their loss on Friday, the Angels dropped to 3-5 in their first eight games of the season.<\/p>\n

After winning their first two games of the year, they have gone just 1-5 since.<\/p>\n

The franchise last made the MLB<\/a> playoffs during the 2014 season.<\/p>\n
