His offense couldn\u2019t muster much against old NL Central foe Nick Martinez<\/a>, however, as a 2-run home run off the bat of William Contreras was the only runs Milwaukee could scrape across against a stringent Rays staff, while the Brewers bullpen found their first hiccup of the young season, as Trevor Megill<\/a> was charged with the loss by surrendering the go-ahead run in the 9th.\n<\/p>\n \n\tWilliam Contreras\u2019 two-run home run (+23.6 WP%)\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \tGame 5 | Brewers 6, Rays 2<\/p>\n \n\tMIL Starter: Brandon Woodruff<\/a> (5.0 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 6 K)\n<\/p>\n \n\tTop Performers: \n\tGame two of the series against Tampa Bay saw a marquee pitching matchup between Brandon Woodruff and Shane McClanahan<\/a>. Luckily for the Brewers, it was Woody who got the better of his counterpart, tossing five innings of two-run ball. On the other side, McClanahan was effective through four innings, but a three-run fifth from the Milwaukee offense chased him from the game. They\u2019d add two more runs in the next innings, as well as one in the eighth, and the bullpen put up a zero behind Brandon Woodruff to secure a 6-2 Milwaukee win.\n<\/p>\n \n\tGary S\u00e1nchez’s solo home run (+11.9 WP%)\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n \tGame 6 | Brewers 8, Rays 2<\/p>\n \n\tMIL Starter: Jacob Misiorowski<\/a> (6.0 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 7 K)\n<\/p>\n \n\tTop Performers: \n\tJacob Misiorowski took the mound for his second start of the season\u00a0and did little more than pick up where he left off on Opening Day. Both came early into the game, with a two-run double in the 1st, and a three-run home run in the 3rd.
