He has enough juice to drive the ball out to all fields if he can keep it off the ground.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 8: SS Dorian Soto \u2013 Extended spring training<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Soto should be playing in the Florida Complex League to start the year. He has immense offensive potential but needs experience to better define the path to improvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 9: RHP Marcus Phillips \u2013 High-A Greenville<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Phillips, who is making his professional debut after being drafted last year, is at an early stage of figuring out the power mix that will work with his funky arm slot and, in particular, whether to lean into a cutter or four-seamer to pair with his sinker and sweeper.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 10: 2B Henry Godbout \u2013 High-A Greenville<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">The Sox are hoping Godbout can gain bat speed so his plate discipline and natural ability to pull the ball can yield extra-base hits.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 11: OF Enddy Azocar \u2013 Single-A Salem<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">This is a good time to mention that the Sox\u2019 Low-A affiliate is now known as the Salem RidgeYaks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 12: RHP Anthony Eyanson \u2013 High-A Greenville<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Eyanson was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2026\/03\/20\/sports\/red-sox-prospects-spring-breakout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2026\/03\/20\/sports\/red-sox-prospects-spring-breakout\/\">breakout star of minor league camp<\/a> for the Red Sox, showing a fastball that had gained about 3-4 m.p.h. to sit at 97 and touch 100 along with two nasty breaking balls and an improved splitter. If the spring wasn\u2019t a mirage, he may be poised to follow Tolle\u2019s meteoric 2025 rise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 13: RHP John Holobetz \u2013 Double-A Portland<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Holobetz bumped his velocity up to 97 m.p.h. this spring, giving him a better chance to miss bats with a well-located fastball at the top of the zone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 14: RHP Tyler Uberstine \u2013 Boston Red Sox<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Uberstine\u2019s impressive strike-throwing with a mix of solid pitches in spring training made him a first-line depth option as a multi-innings reliever when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2026\/04\/03\/sports\/johan-oviedo-red-sox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/2026\/04\/03\/sports\/johan-oviedo-red-sox\/\">Johan Oviedo landed on the injured list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 15: OF Miguel Bleis \u2013 Double-A Portland<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Bleis faces a critical year searching for an offensive approach that can allow his spectacular raw tools to show up in games. He struggled this spring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 16: IF Mikey Romero \u2013 Triple-A Worcester<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">If Romero can limit his chase rate, he\u2019ll be a big league depth option.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 17: IF Yoeilin Cespedes \u2013 High-A Greenville<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Cespedes, formerly a top-10 prospect, had a strong spring training, showing needed gains in the frequency and quality of his contact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">No. 18: OF Harold Rivas \u2013 Extended spring training<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph | gutter_20_0\">Rivas is a tantalizing, multi-dimensional talent who is acclimating to the States.
