On Tuesday night, the Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> will host the Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a> in Canada for the second game of their series.<\/p>\n

The Blue Jays lost (on Monday) by a score of 14-2.<\/p>\n

Before Tuesday\u2019s game, the Blue Jays announced<\/a> that they had made a series of roster moves.<\/p>\n

Two of those moves included calling up Patrick Corbin<\/a> and Tyler Fitzgerald<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Corbin is a two-time All-Star who has also spent time playing for the Arizona Diamondbacks<\/a>, Texas Rangers and Washington Nationals<\/a> over 13 seasons.<\/p>\n

The 2019 World Series Champion is coming off a year where he went 7-11 with a 4.40 ERA in 31 games for the Rangers.<\/p>\n

He signed with the Blue Jays earlier this week.<\/p>\n

Fitzgerald had spent the first three seasons of his carer playing for the San Francisco Giants<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is coming off a year where he batted .217 with four home runs and 14 RBI\u2019s.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old was recently traded to the Blue Jays.<\/p>\n

The Blue Jays have dealt with a lot of injuries to start the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

After Monday\u2019s loss to the Dodgers, they dropped to 4-6 in their first games, which has them as the fourth-place team in the American League East.<\/p>\n

Following their series with the Dodgers, the Blue Jays will remain in Canada to host the Minnesota Twins<\/a> (on April 10).<\/p>\n

Last season, they lost in Game 7 of the World Series (to the Dodgers).<\/p>\n
