MILWAUKEE (WLUK) — The Milwaukee Brewers’ new City Connect uniforms are more like a “state connect.”<\/p>\n

The design is meant to evoke Wisconsin’s lakes and rivers, with cream representing sandy beaches and orange-to-yellow gradients representing summer sunsets.<\/p>\n

The front of the jersey features “Wisco” in a custom script. The shoulder has a wheat and barley design, with a patch showing the team’s Barrelman mascot superimposed over the outline of the state.<\/p>\n

The hat logo is a script “W” over the state outline.<\/p>\n

Wisconsin’s state motto, “Forward,” is written inside the neckline of the jersey. The jocktag on the front bottom of the jersey features a combination baseball and fishing bobber resting on water.<\/p>\n

“Wisconsin is a special place — from its lakes and rivers to its farms, forests and festivals,” Rick Schlesinger, Brewers president – business operations, said in a news release. “This uniform is meaningful because it reflects the entire state we represent. It honors our heritage, celebrates our fans across every Wisconsin county and complements the unmatched passion they bring to this team every day.”<\/p>\n

The Brewers are set to wear the new uniforms during all three games of this weekend’s series against the Washington Nationals. The uniforms will then be worn at all Friday home games.<\/p>\n

The jerseys are for sale at the Brewers Team Store at American Family Field.<\/p>\n

The new uniforms replace the “Brew Crew” City Connect uniforms<\/a> which had been worn since 2022.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Brewers are also including a supper club menu to coincide with games where the new uniforms are being worn. Menu items include a brandy old fashioned, prime rib grilled cheese sandwich, meatloaf sandwich, walleye served with potato pancakes and applesauce, fried mushrooms with marinara, a relish tray, steak fries paired with truffled aioli, brandy old fashioned cheesecake parfait, brandy Alexander and grasshopper.<\/p>\n

The Brewers are also introducing a new cocktail called The Bobber, to be available at all home games.
