Max Muncy\u2019s two-out solo home run in the bottom of the ninth capped his second career three-run game and gave the host Los Angeles Dodgers an 8-7 walk-off win over \u200bthe Texas Rangers on Friday.<\/p>\n
Andy Pages homered and collected his \u200cfourth three-hit game of the season, and the Dodgers overcame the first blown save of the season from closer Edwin Diaz, who ended up being the winning pitcher.<\/p>\n
The Dodgers won for the sixth time in seven games, notched their sixth comeback \u200cwin \u200bthis season and became the first team \u2060in the majors to reach \u206010 wins in 2026.<\/p>\n
Pages continued his torrid start to the season with his fourth home of the season, a two-run shot in the bottom of the eighth inning that gave the Dodgers a \u200b7-4 lead. Pages also hit a go-ahead two-run double in the sixth inning, giving the Dodgers a 5-4 lead after they trailed 4-2.<\/p>\n
The \u2060Dodgers took a 1-0 lead on Muncy\u2019s \u2060home run in the second inning. Then former Dodgers \u200bstar Corey Seager hit a three-run home run to give Texas the \u200blead.<\/p>\n
Seager hit his second three-run home run against the Dodgers, \u200cwith whom he was a two-time All-Star, National League Rookie of the Year, World Series and National League Championship Series Most Valuable Player.<\/p>\n
Muncy\u2019s second home run made it 3-2 for Texas in the fourth. Wyatt Langford \u2060homered off Dodgers starter Tyler Glasnow to make it 4-2 before Hyeseong Kim hit a sacrifice fly for the Dodgers.<\/p>\n
Pages\u2019 home run had the Dodgers \u2060in control going to \u200cthe ninth, but Diaz (1-0) gave up a two-run \u2060home run to Evan Carter and a tying single \u200bto \u200cEzequiel Duran with two outs. That set the stage \u200bfor Muncy\u2019s \u2060winner off Rangers reliever Jacob Latz (0-1).<\/p>\n
Prior to the game, the Dodgers held a moment of silence for Davey Lopes, who died earlier this week. Lopes, the Dodgers\u2019 second baseman for most of the 1970s and into the \u201980s, was part of one of the most productive infields in major league \u200bhistory.<\/p>\n
