Yelich was pinch-hit for in the fifth by Gary Sanchez.<\/p>\n<p>Murphy expressed concern over Yelich\u2019s injury during his postgame press conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re most likely to get some bad news on Yelich,\u201d Murphy said.<\/p>\n<p>Yelich is batting .314 with one homer and 10 RBIs in 15 games this season.<\/p>\n<p>Yelich, 34, was the National League MVP in 2018 and is a two-time batting champion and three-time All-Star. But he has battled injuries in recent years, often due to his balky back.<\/p>\n<p>Yelich had a healthy 2025 campaign and batted .264 with 29 homers and 103 RBIs in 150 games.
