On Wednesday night, the San Francisco Giants<\/a> played the Cincinnati Reds<\/a> in Ohio.<\/p>\n

The Giants<\/a> lost by a score of 8-3.<\/p>\n

Rafael Devers<\/a> finished the game with two hits, one run and one strikeout in four at-bats.<\/p>\n

Despite his two hits, Devers has been struggling since getting traded to the Giants<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is currently batting<\/a> .229 with two home runs, six RBI\u2019s, seven runs and 21 strikeouts in 18 games.<\/p>\n

Devers spent the first eight and a half seasons of his MLB career playing for the Boston Red Sox<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In that span, he batted .279 with 215 home runs, 696 RBI\u2019s, 663 runs and 33 stolen bases in 1,053 games.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old made three All-Star Games (and helped lead the Red Sox to the 2018 World Series Championship).<\/p>\n

In addition to the slow start from Devers, the Giants<\/a> are among the worst teams in the MLB<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They have gone 6-12 in 18 games, which has them at the bottom of the National League West.<\/p>\n

On the road, the Giants<\/a> are 3-5 in eight games.<\/p>\n
