The New York Mets rebounded from their recent loss to the Chicago White Sox with a 4-2 victory over the Colorado Rockies on Friday night at Citi Field. Francisco Lindor led the charge, homering from both sides of the plate and making a crucial leaping catch at shortstop that saved at least two runs.<\/p>\n

Starting pitcher David Peterson delivered a solid performance, allowing just one run over 5.2 innings and improving his record to 4-2. The bullpen, featuring Huascar Brazob\u00e1n and Edwin D\u00edaz, secured the win, with D\u00edaz recording his 12th save of the season.<\/p>\n
