\n\tOklahoma Wesleyan baseball was eliminated from the NAIA postseason on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Eagles fell in 11 innings to LSU Shreveport, 6-5.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tIn what started as a pitcher’s duel, OKWU took their first lead of the game in the fourth inning after allowing the first run of the contest. Joseph Gutierrez hit a two-run single to give the Eagles a 2-1 lead.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tThe lead stood for a half inning as LSUS struck for three runs in the fifth and one in the sixth to lead, 5-2.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tSimilar to Monday’s game against the Pilots, OKWU had an answer. One run scored after Braydon Caldwell grounded into a double play, then Brenden Poindexter tied the game with a two-run home run in the bottom of the eighth.<\/p>\n
\n\t\u00a0<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Pilots took the lead on a sacrifice fly in the top of the 11th. The Eagles left the tying run on base in the bottom half of the frame.<\/p>\n
