It was a pretty rough game for the Guardians offense as they were held to just three hits. We have faced two of the best pitchers in the league in back to back games so we shouldn\u2019t be too upset about coming out of that 1-1.<\/p>\n
As for the pitching staff it was a solid outing for Slade Cecconi. Limiting the damage to 3 runs in 5 innings is all you can really ask for in a #5 starter, which I think is what he is at this point. Festa<\/a> and Pallette both struggled with their control in this one as they combined for 5 walks in just two innings pitched. Shawn Armstrong<\/a> also tossed a scoreless inning of relief.<\/p>\n The Guardians will attempt to win the series tomorrow.
